通过对轻骨料混凝土试件的快速冻融循环试验,研究了冻融循环对聚丙烯纤维轻骨料混凝土材料损伤特性的影响,分析了轻骨料混凝土动弹性模量和超声波速相对值的变化特点,将超声波速作为损伤参数易于测量且方便与宏观量建立联系。通过对冻融循环后混凝土的强度和质量损失分析,指出聚丙烯纤维的掺入对轻骨料混凝土质量损失改善作用并不明显,但可以提高混凝土强度。另外指出,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.9kg/m3时,混凝土的抗冻性能最好,而且具有较好的冲击韧性和抗疲劳性能。
Through rapid freeze-thaw cycle experiment on light-weight aggregate concrete samples,the influence of freeze-thaw cycle on damage performances of polypropylene fiber concrete is studied and the relative values' characteristics of dynamic elastic modulus and supersonic wave velocity are analyzed,and supersonic wave velocity adopted as damage parameter is easy to be measured and established relationship with macroscopic parameter.By strength and weight loss analysis of concrete after freeze-thaw cycle,it is pointed out that there is not obvious improvement of polypropylene fiber to weight loss of lightweight concrete,however,it can improve concrete strength.Furthermore,when the mixing amount of polypropylene fiber is equal to 0.9kg/m^3,the anti-freeze performance of concrete is at best stage,and its impact toughness and anti-fatigue performances are excellent.
