采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅原、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂、去离子水和乙醇为反应介质,以氨水为pH调节剂,在120℃水热釜中对市售硫化铈(γ-Ce_2S_3)红色料进行包裹。研究了正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)添加量对γ-Ce_2S_3包覆效果的影响。结果表明:当Ce:Si的摩尔比为1:3时,在γ-Ce_2S_3颗粒表面形成SiO_2包覆层的效果最佳,且该SiO_2包覆γ-Ce_2S_3色料在空气条件下的分解温度相比未包覆的γ-Ce_2S_3色料有显著提高,从350℃提高至550℃左右。
Commercially available gammacerium sulfide(γ-Ce_2S_3) was coated using ethyl silicate(TEOS) as silicon source,polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) as dispersant,deionized water and alcohol as reaction medium and ammonia as pH conditioning agent in a hydrothermal reaction kettle at 120 °C.The influence of ethyl silicate content on the coating effect of γ-Ce_2S_3 was investigated.The results showed that the grain surface of γ-Ce_2S_3 can be well covered by SiO_2layer when the mole ratio of Ce:Si was 1:3,and the decomposition temperature of SiO_2-coated γ-Ce_2S_3 under the air condition was strongly elevated as compared to that of uncoated γ-Ce_2S_3,from 350 °C to 550 °C.
