随着生产专业化和信息技术的快速发展,知识密集型服务活动(KISA)外包已经成为企业获取外部知识资源和赢得竞争优势的重要途径。由于知识密集型服务的特殊性,企业KISA外包的过程也是服务供求双方合作生产和互动创新的过程。文章对服务外包的动因进行理论溯源,系统综述了KISA外包过程中知识密集型服务机构与客户企业的合作生产、知识互动和接触界面互动模式,并构建了企业KISA外包产出互动机制的概念性模型。
Abstract: With the rapid development of production specialization and information technology, knowledge intensive service activities (KISA) outsourcing has become an important way for enterprises to acquire external knowledge resources and competitive advantage. Because of the particularity of knowledge intensive services, the process of KISA outsourcing is accompanied by co-production and interactive innovation. Based on different theories, this paper first analyzed the motivations of service outsourcing, then discussed the co-production process, knowledge interaction and interface activities between KIBS and its customers. Finally, we built a conceptual framework of output mechanism for enterprise KISA outsourcing, and pointed out the research direction in the future.
