车轮材质是影响重载货车轮轨磨耗的因素之一。本文在SIMPACK动力学软件中建立新一代27t轴重0^通用敞车的动力学模型,并应用CONTACT轮轨接触模型、Archard磨耗模型,对我国新研制CL70重载货车车轮钢对轮轨磨耗的影响进行研究。结果表明:CL70钢车轮与现有CL60钢车轮轮轨磨耗的分布基本一致。直线运行时,新材质车轮车轮磨耗深度和磨耗面积可分别降低27.87%和28.74%,钢轨的上述指标仅分别增大3.44%和2.11%。通过半径为600m曲线时,采用CL70钢外侧车轮磨耗深度和面积可减少约61.86%和55.19%,外轨磨耗深度和面积仅增加约5.63%和2.48%。在大秦线运用时,车轮磨耗深度和磨耗面积的计算结果降低29.33%和31.87%,与大秦线新材质车轮试验结果数值较吻合。新材质钢车轮轮轨磨耗综合经济效益显著。
Wheel material is one of the main factors that affect the wheel/rail wear of heavy haul freight car.In this paper,the dynamic model of 27 t axle load C80E new generation gondola was set up by the SIMPACK soft-ware,within the CONTACT wheel/rail and Archard wear algorithm to study the impact of the wheel steel of the newly developed CL70 heavy haul freight car on the wheel/rail wear.The results showed that the distribu-tion of the wheel rail wear of CL70 steel wheel and existing CL60 steel wheel is basically the same.Comparing with the existing CL60 steel wheels,the CL70 steel wheels can reduce the wear depth and wear area by 27.87% and 27.87% respectively when running on the straight lines,although the rail wear depth and wear area only increased about 3.44% and 3.44% respectively.When the vehicle passed a curve with the radius of 600 m,the wear depth and area of the outer wheel of CL70 steel were reduced 61.86% and 55.19% respective-ly,while the wear depth and area of the outer rail only increased 5.63% and 2.48%.When the CL70 steel wheels were used in Datong-Qinhuangdao railway,the steel wheel wear depth and wear area were reduced al-most 29.33% and 31.87%,which was very close to the field test results.The economic benefit of the CL70 new material steel was remarkable in wheel/rail integration wear.
