以Ni-Al-Fe系合金中B2型金属间化合物NiAl(Fe)和α-Fe(Ni,Al)固溶体互为基体和析出相,主要研究了时效处理对其强度的影响及其时效组织特征。结果表明,以Nial(Fe)作为基体并经时效处理后,α-Fe(Ni,Al)析出相对NiAl(Fe)有时效硬化作用,含有α-Fe(Ni,Al)析出相的NiAl(Fe)在所有实验温度区域内,其屈服强度均远高于单相NiAl的屈服强度。透射电镜的观察揭示出α-Fe(Ni,Al)析出相为体心立方结构,时效初期是球状,相邻析出相合并变成板条状,平行于有序基体的{100}晶面析出。当以α-Fe(Ni,Al)相为基体进行时效处理后,NiAl(Fe)析出相对α-Fe(Ni,Al)也起到了析出强化的作用。通过透射电镜的观察可知,NiAl(Fe)析出相的形态在时效初期时呈球状,随着时效时间的延长,析出相会长大并呈四方六面体,但相邻析出相之间不会合并。

英文摘要:

The precipitation characteristics and microstructures by/in B2-NiAI(Fe) taken as a matrix/precipitate in Ni-Al-Fe alloy system were investigated. The effects of aging treatment on the microstructure and strength of various alloys were studied. Experimental results showed that NiAl (Fe) hardened with the precipitation of α-Fe ( Ni, Al). The high temperature strength of B2-NiAl (Fe) intemletallic compounds containing α-Fe (Ni, Al) precipitated after aged at different temperature was higher than that of single phase of NiAl. TEM observation showed that the precipitates in NiAl(Fe) matrix were α-Fe ( Ni, Al) with bcc crystal structure. At the beginning of aging, the precipitates were spherical. With the aging time prolonging, the α-Fe (Ni, Al) precipitates changed into plate-like shape lying nearly parallel to the I1001 planes of the NiAl) (Fe) matrix. When α-Fe ( Ni, Al) was taken as a matrix, the hardness of α-Fe( Ni, Al) increased with the precipitation of NiAl (Fe). TEM observation showed that at the beginning of aging the NiAl(Fe) precipitates were spherical. With the aging time prolonging, the NiAl (Fe) precipitates changed into hexahedral shape, but the neighbour precipitates never merged to form one big plate so as to take a parallel line of hexahedral shape.
