采用碘化物-碘酸盐平行竞争反应作为工作体系,对多级定转子连续分散混合器内(CRS)的微观混合特性进行了实验研究,得到了流量、转速、浓度、体积比等因素对离集指数的影响规律。结果表明该体系对H^+浓度比较敏感,在转速为3000~6800r/min范围内,离集指数随转速增加而下降;在低操作转速下,随着流量增加,离集指数先迅速减小后缓慢增加。与常见的搅拌反应器相比,多级定转子连续分散混合器具有优良的微观混合性能,特别适合于快速反应过程。
The micromixing characteristics in a continuous rotor-stator mixer (CRS) have been studied experimentally by using the iodide-iodate parallel competing reactions system. The influence of flow rate, rotor speed, concentration and volume ratio on the segregation index (Xs) has been investigated. The experimental results show that the reaction system is sensitive to H ^+ concentration. The segregation index decreases with the increase of rotor speed in the range 3000 to 6800 r/min. When the rotor speed is low, the segregation index decreases sharply at first, and then increases more slowly as the flow rate increases. The CRS mixer has a better micromixing performance than commonly used stirred reactors and is especially suitable for fast reaction systems.
