电力产业既是能源的生产者，又是能源的主要消耗者，电力产业节能在我国能源节约中起着极为重要的作用。选择电力产业能效的主要代表指标，研究发电、输配电及用电过程的能效。通过与发达国家实证性的对比，揭示我国电力产业在能效方面存在的不足，提出我国电力产业节能的战略途径。
英文摘要：
Power industry is the energy producer as well as the main energy consumer. The energy saving of power industry plays a vital role in china＇ s energy saving. Some main efficiency indexes of china＇ s power industry were selected, and the energy efficiency in the process of power generation, distribution and consumption was studied, and the scarcity for energy efficiency of power industry in China was found through the comparison with developed countries. Based on this, the energy saving strategy approach of China＇ s power industry was put forward.
