为了解外源接种有益微生物对樱桃根际微生物及根系功能的调控效应,以红灯甜樱桃/东北山樱幼苗为试材,通过接种EM有益微生物土壤改良剂,研究其对幼苗根际微生物区系及根系呼吸的影响.结果表明:接种EM菌剂提高了幼苗根际细菌和放线菌的数量、降低了真菌的数量,微生物区系构成发生明显变化;接种EM菌剂有利于增强根系活力,其中接种2次较对照提高47.3%;接种EM菌剂后幼苗根系总呼吸速率提高20%以上,但对呼吸基础生化途径与电子传递途径运行比例无显著影响.
In order to explore the effects of effective microorganisms inoculation on rhizosphere microorganisms and root physiological functions of sweet cherry seedings,we inoculated potted sweet cherry seedlings (‘Hongdeng'Cerasus avium Moench./C.sachalinensis Kom.) with soil improvement effective microorganisms pharmacies (EM),and investigated the changes of their rhizosphere microflora and root respiration metabolic activity.The results showed that inoculation with EM microbial agent increased the number of bacteria and actinomycetes of seedling rhizosphere,reduced the number of fungi,and changed the constitution of microbial flora significantly.Inoculation with EM microbial agent increased the root activity,with 47.3% increase when inoculated twice compared with the control.Inoculation with EM microbial agent,the total root respiration rate of seedlings increased by 20% compared with the control,but there was no significant effect on the proportion of basic biochemical pathway and electron transport pathway of the respiratory.
