分别采用4种离析液(a.HNO3-KClO3、b.NaCIO、c.H2O2-HAc、d.NaOH)对一年生慈竹进行离析,研究不同化学离析方法、离析时间及超声等条件下对纤维接触角和纤维中空的影响。结果表明:不同离析方法的离析时间(t)差别较大,ta〈tb〈td〈t。;离析出的纤维接触角(c)不同,Ca〈Cd〈Cb〈Cc;纤维中空(H)有较大差异,He〈Hd;离析过程中,超声波能够加快离析速度,缩短离析时间,降低纤维接触角。
Annual Neosinocalamus affinis was treated in four kinds of maceration (a), NaCIO (b), H2O2-HAc (c) and NaOH (d), respectively. solutions, i.e. HNO3-KCIO3 Effects of different chemical maceration methods, maceration time and ultrasonic test on contact angle of single fiber and hollow fiber were studied. The results showed that the maceration time of four methods was largely different (ta 〈 tb 〈 td 〈 tc) , contact angles of single fiber were dissimilar ( Ca 〈 Cd 〈 Cb 〈 C ) and hollow fibers were diverse (Hc 〈 Hd). In the maceration process, ultrasonic wave can accelerate the maceration rate, shorten the maceration time and reduce the contact angle of single fiber.
