以三异丁基铝Al(i-Bu)3(简称Al)、无水磷酸(H3PO4)和含氮的1,8-二氮杂二环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯(简称DBU)组成的新型三元催化体系,甲苯为溶剂,制得了环氧乙烷(EO)/环氧丙烷(PO)/烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)三元共聚物.考察了聚合温度、聚合时间和单体配比等参数对聚合反应的影响.结果表明,在[H3 PO4]/[Al]为0.35、[DBU]/[Al]为0.5和Al(i-Bu)3在单体中的质量分数为4%、聚合温度为60℃的条件下,聚合物转化率可达95%以上;所得共聚物相对分子质量Mn=2.6×104,相对分子质量分布M/Mn=1.63;通过调控单体PO含量,可以得到结晶度可控的聚醚橡胶;随着单体其含量的增大,结晶度变小,转化率下降,玻璃化转变温度升高.
The copolymerization of EO/PO/AGE was carried out in toluene with the catalyst comprised of Al (i-Bu)3 (Al),H3PO4,and 1,8-two azabicyclo [5.4.0] eleven carbon-7-ene (DBU).The effects of polymerization temperature,polymerization time and monomer ratio on polymer conversion,composition,Mn,Mw/Mn were investigated.The results showed that polymer yield was up to 95% under the conditions of DBU/Al molar ratio of 0.5,H3PO4/Al molar ratio of 0.35,polymerization temperature of 60 ℃.In this work,1H-NMR,FTIR,DSC and XRD were used to evaluate the EO/PO/ AGE.It is proved that the produced copolymer had moderate molecular weight (Mn =2.6 × 104) and narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn =1.63),controllable crystallinity by adjusting the amount of propylene oxide.The increase of PO content made the crystallinity smaller,the yield drop,glass transition temperature raising,thermal decomposition temperature drop.
