在升温速率为5K/min~30K/min的范围内利用热分析(TGA)技术对平均粒径为13.4μm的CaCO3进行了煅烧分解的实验研究.分别应用Friedman法、Vyazovkin法、改进的Coats—Redfern法和Flynn—Wall—Ozawa(FWO)法等4种不同的等转化率法计算了CaCO3的分解动力学参数,得到的活化能范围为170.86kJ/mol~230.87kJ/mol.比较了不同方法得到的结果以及它们的差别.对CaCO3在分解过程中活化能随反应进程而变化这一现象,从实验过程、数学假定以及推导等方面进行了分析.
The experimental research of CaCO3 decomposition is completed in thermogravimetric analyzer. The heating rate is 5 K/min~30 K/min, and the mean particlesize of the sample that is measured by Malvern Laser Master Size Analyzer is 13.4 μm. Four equal conversion rate methods, which are Friedman method, Vyazovkin method, modified Coats-Redfern method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO) method, are employed to calculate the kinetics parameters of CaCO3 decomposition. The active energy is in the range of 170.86 kJ/mol~230. 87 kJ/mol, and varies with conversion fraction during CaCO3 decomposition. The reasons why the active energy varies with conversion fraction are explained from the views of experiment method, mathematics assumptions and deduce of calculated formulas used in various methods.
