在空气、CO2以及CO2和N2混合气3种气氛下,团聚室中引入声波以强化燃煤飞灰可吸入颗粒团聚。实验结果显示,不同气氛下声波对同种颗粒具有不同的夹带效果,颗粒的团聚效果也不同。空气气氛下的颗粒质量清除效率最高,为37%。随着气体流速加快,颗粒清除效率逐渐提高,在10 m.s-1时最佳;高于这一气速,清除效率变化不大。气体相对湿度影响颗粒间含水量,进而影响颗粒间的毛细管力。相对湿度达到42%,颗粒清除效率达到最高。
Acoustic wave was introduced into the agglomeration chamber to intensify the collision among particles and promote their agglomeration under the atmosphere of air,CO2,and gas mixture of CO2 and N2.The experimental results show that,under different atmospheres,acoustic wave has different entrainment effect on the same fly ash particles generated in coal combustion,which causes different agglomeration effect.Under the air atmosphere,the particle removal efficiency is the maximum among the three experimental atmospheres,about 37%.As the gas flow rate increases,the removal efficiency increases;at the gas velocity of 10 m·s-1,the particle removal efficiency achieves the maximum;while at higher gas velocity,the gas velocity has negligible effect on particle removal.Relative humidity influences the moisture content between particles,so that the capillary forces between particles increase.When the relative humidity reaches 42%,the removal efficiency approaches the highest level.
