建立高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定食品膨松剂碳酸氢钠中Be、Mg、A1、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、zn、As、cd、Hg、Pb杂质元素的分析方法。样品经硝酸密闭微波溶解后,试液直接用高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定上述痕量元素。采用低分辨模式和中分辨模式有效地消除了多原子离子对待测元素的干扰,以Ge、In、Bi为内标元素可明显改善长时间测定的稳定性和精密度水平。结果表明,各元素的检出限在0.008-21.62μg/L之间,加标回收率在92.60%-110.00%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.71%~2.38%之间。
A method was proposed to determine impurity elements in sodium bicarbonate as a food leavening agent, including Be, Mg, Al, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Hg and Pb by high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HR-ICP-MS). Samples were microwave-digested with HNO3 and diluted with ultrapure water before HR-ICP-MS analysis. Under low and medium resolution modes, interferences from multi-atomic ions were effectively eliminated. The stability and precision of successive determination were significantly improved by using Ge, In and Bi as internal standards. The limit of detection of HR-ICP-MS for 14 impurity ions ranged from 0.008 to 21.62 ~tg/L. Their average spike recoveries were between 92.6% and 110.0%, with relative standard deviation (RSD) varying from 0.71% to 2.38% (n = 11).
