氟代喹喔啉(FTQ)是一种氟代结构的受体单元,可以用于构筑D-A型聚合物,并应用于聚合物太阳电池的给体材料。文中探索了一种新的起始原料合成氟代喹喔啉单体,并分别和齐聚四噻吩单体(4T)、单噻吩单体(1T)共聚,得到了2个新型聚合物PFTQ-4T和PFTQ-1T,表征测试了它们的相对分子质量、热性能、紫外吸收、能级结构以及光伏性能。2个聚合物的能量转化效率分别为0.73%和1.28%,较低效率主要是2个聚合物较低的LUMO 能级所导致。
Fluorinated quinoxaline (FTQ) is an electron-accepting unit to construct D-A conjugated polymers for polymer solar cells(PSC). In this work, a new synthetic route from a new starting material was proposed for the FTQ monomer, from which FTQ-based new copolymers FTQ-4T and FTQ-1T with quaterthiophene (4T) and single thiophene (1T) as the D-unit, respectively, were successfully synthesized. The molecular weights, thermal properties, UV-vis absorptions, energy levels, and photovoltaic performances of the two copolymers were evaluated. Polymer solar cells show power conversion efficiencies of 0.73% and 1.28% for PFTQ-4T and PFTQ-1T, respectively. Too low LUMO levels of the two copolymers should be responsible for their not high power conversion efficiencies.
