笔者为了研究在海洋环境下风力发电机绝缘系统的状况,调查了海上风力发电机运行的环境气候条件,制作了模拟5 MW/3 kV级定子绕组绝缘系统的试样,在实验室进行了温度变化、恒定湿热和持续盐雾的加速海洋环境模拟试验,并测量了包括介质损耗因数和绝缘电阻等非破坏性特征参量以及击穿电压,评估了该绝缘系统对海洋环境的耐受性。试验表明,尽管在环境试验过程中线圈绝缘与铁心之间产生了微裂缝,盐水或湿气已渗入到铁心内表面,但由于半导电材料的屏蔽作用,试样的绝缘系统具有优良的耐海洋环境性。
The marine environmental conditions, in which the offshore wind turbine generators operate, were investigated. Specimens for modeling the stator insulation system of 5 MW/3 kV offshore wind turbine generator were prepared to conduct the simulated marine environment tests, concerning changing temperature, steady damp and heat air, and continuous salty mist, in order to investigate the insulation system of the wind turbine generator. The specimens' breakdown voltage and the non-destructive characteristic parameters, such as dissipation factor and insulation resistance, were measured during and after the tests to evaluate the marine environment endurance of the insulation system. Test results show that, although micro-cracks appeared between the winding insulation and the core to let brine or damp permeate into the inner surface of the core slot during the environment test, the insulation system of the specimens exhibits excellent marine environment endurance due to the electrical shielding effect of the semi-conductive slot coating.
