研究了以Li4Ti5O12为负极材料的18650型锂离子电池的充放电性能。对2025型Li4Ti5O12-Li模拟电池的研究表明,Li4Ti5O12以0.1C在1.00~2.00 V循环,首次放电比容量和充放电效率分别为150 mAh/g和95%。18650型LiFe-PO4-Li4Ti5O12电池的0.2C充电平台集中在1.9 V,而放电平台约为1.8 V,充放电平台很平稳;LiCoO2-Li4Ti5O12和LiMn2O4-Li4Ti5O12电池的充放电平台集中在2.2~2.5 V。以Li4Ti5O12为负极材料的电池充电结束时的电压变化比以石墨为负极材料的电池明显。
The charge-discharge performance of 18650 type Li-ion battery using Li4Ti5O12 as anode material was studied.The investigation of 2025 type Li4Ti5O12-Li simulated cell showed when cycled at 0.1 C in 1.00~2.00 V,the initial specific discharge capacity and the charge-discharge efficiency of Li4Ti5O12 were 150 mAh/g and 95%,respectively.The 0.2 C charge plateau of 18650 type LiFePO4-Li4Ti5O12 battery mainly stabilized at 1.9 V,while the discharge plateau was about 1.8 V,the charge-discharge platform was very stable.The charge-discharge plateau of LiCoO2-Li4Ti5O12 and LiMn2O4-Li4Ti5O12 batteries mainly stabilized at 2.2~2.5 V.The voltage change at the end of charge of battery using Li4Ti5O12 as anode material was more significant compared with the battery using graphite as anode material.
