牙齿洁治术前应用回药基质脱敏凝胶缓解牙本质敏感症状效果评价

目的研究硝酸钾脱敏凝胶和回药基质脱敏凝胶减轻牙本质敏感症状的临床效果。方法选取具有三颗数字化疼痛评判（VAS）,以试验评分在1-10 min、吹气刺激试验评分在2-3分的成年人受试者敏感牙齿为基线,按照基线数据分层,随机分为两组：回药基质脱敏凝胶（试验组）,硝酸钾脱敏凝胶（对照组）。受试者在接受口腔牙齿洁治前使用凝胶,洁治后采用与基线检查相同的方法进行VAS试验和吹气刺激试验。结果 180例受试者完成试验,在洁治后敏感度检查中,回药基质脱敏凝胶受试者表现出明显的症状缓解,即VAS试验132.2%,吹气刺激试验48.5%;硝酸钾脱敏凝胶VAS试验21.8%,吹气刺激试验13.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。VAS试验109.8%,吹气刺激试验41.8%。结论使用回药基质脱敏凝胶术前预处理能够明显缓解牙本质敏感症状。

英文摘要：

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of the Hui medicine matrical desensitization gel and commonly potassium nitrate gel were used before oral scaling for alleviating dentine hypersensitivity.Methods The multicenter,large sample,random,double-blind,hierachical clinical trial was conducted.Three sensitive teeth of adult dentine hypersensitivity patients were chosen as baseline,if its visual analogue scale scores were between 1 and 10,its blowing stimulation test scores were between 2 and 3.Subgroup according to baseline data,patients were randomly divided into two groups： Hui Medicine matrical desensitization gel was used for treatment in experimental group and potassium nitrate gel was used for treatment as control group.The test VAS and blowing stimulation were used in patients used gel before and after oral scaling.Results 180 patients were included in the study and the dentine hypersensitivity was checked after oral cleaning.The patients who were used Hui medicine matrical desensitization gel showed that symptoms were markedly relieved： VAS test（132.2%）,blowing stimulation test（48.5%）;In potassium nitrate gel group showed that VAS test（21.8%） and blowing stimulation test（13.8%）,and there were significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The effect of the Hui Medicine matrical desensitization gel was better than that in potassium nitrate gel： VAS test（109.8%） and blowing stimulation test（41.8%）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of using Hui Medicine matrical desensitization gel before oral scaling to alleviate dentine hypersensitivity is better than that of commonly potassium nitrate gel.
