产教融合的目的之一是提高人才培养质量,提高人才培养质量是学校与企业共同的动力。而职业技能大赛是提高人才培养质量的＂载体＂和＂推手＂之一,也是促进校企合作的平台之一。以浙江省高职物流技能大赛为研究对象,通过调研大赛的多个相关方,分析产教融合背景下大赛存在的问题,并从办赛模式、赛项设计、资源投入、成果转化四个方面提出改革建议。

One purpose of industry education integration is to improve the education quality, it＇s also the common power of the colleges and enterprises. The skills competition is the supporter and pushing hands, it＇s also one platform to promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. The essay takes Zhejiang logistics skills competition as the research object, based the research of the related parties, it analyzes the existing problems. And it puts forward some reform proposals from four aspects： the competition mode, the project design, the resource input and the production transformation.
