英文摘要：
This paper conceptualized the green entrepreneurial orientation with two dimension including sustainability anddevelopment. Based on the data of Chinese listed company of new energy, It concludes that the heterogeneity of top manage-ment team （TMT） promotes the green entrepreneurial orientation （GEO）, and GEO have the positive relationship with per-formanee. Moreover, the sense of social mission of TMT has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between GEOand performance.
