着床丝氨酸蛋白酶-1(ISP1)和着床丝氨酸蛋白酶-2(ISP2)是于2001年首次报道的S1丝氨酸蛋白酶家族的新成员,迄今仅在小鼠卵细胞、受精卵和早胚、以及子宫组织中发现这两种蛋白酶的表达,具有较高的细胞和组织特异性。在体和离体实验证实,ISP1和ISP2在小鼠胚胎着床过程中发挥关键作用,是潜在的抗着床药物靶分子。现就10年来对ISP1和ISP2的研究进展作一综述。
Implantation serine proteases 1 (ISP1) and 2 (ISP2) were firstly reported in 2001, and identified as novel members of $1 proteases family. ISP1 and ISP2 were specifically expressed in oocyte, fertilized egg, early embryo and uterine tissues in mice. In vivo and in vitro experiments demonstrated that ISP1 and ISP2 played critical roles during the embryo implantation process. They might be potential tar- gets for novel contraceptives. This review briefly describes the research progress on ISP1 and ISP2.
