针对矿山在矿石采选过程中矿石损失贫化率较大,资源损失严重的情况,考虑到矿山资源综合利用情况由各矿产资源的资源利用率决定,而各资源的资源利用率又由该资源的矿石贫化率、矿石回采率以及选矿回收率所构成,利用灰色聚类理论对矿山历年资源综合利用情况进行变权聚类分析,并考虑到资源利用情况带有偏好信息,利用基于优势关系的粗糙集理论建立矿山资源利用评价体系。结合工程实例,分析结果表明:金资源利用率〉银资源利用率〉铜资源利用率。则金资源利用率对资源综合利用情况的影响最大,银资源利用率的影响次之,铜资源利用率对资源综合利用情况的影响最低。
There were large ore loss and dilution rate during the process of mining and mineral processing, and thus severe loss of resources was caused. Comprehensive utilization of mining resources was decided by resources utilization rate of all mineral resources was taken into account, and resources utilization rate of each mineral resource was formed by the dilution rate, ore recovery rates and dressing recovery. The grey cluster theory was used to grey variable weightcluster analyze comprehensive utilization of mineral resources over the years. According to the result of the clustering analysis, and taking into account the utilization of resources with the preference information, dominance-based rough set theory was used to establish evaluation system of mining resource utilization. Combined with specific engineering, the results show that: gold resource utilization〉silver resource utilization〉copper resource utilization. It means gold resource utilization has the greatest impact on comprehensive utilization of resources, and follows by silver resource utilization and copper resource utilization.
