设计并制作了末端有质量块和无质量块的层合悬臂梁剪切模式(d15)PZT-51压电俘能器.测量了其在不同负载下峰-峰值电压、输出功率和电流随频率变化曲线,以及负载为RL=1.0 MΩ的瞬时电压和振动激励电压与输出峰-峰值电压关系曲线.结果表明,通过末端加质量块可以降低俘能器的共振频率,提高输出电压、功率和电流,从而改善俘能器的性能.随着振动激励电压的增大,悬臂梁压电俘能器的峰-峰值电压也随着增大.所设计的末端质量块层合悬臂梁d15模式PZT-51压电俘能器,有望应用于俘获环境中的低频振动能.
The d15 mode PZT-51 laminated cantilever structure piezoelectric energy harvesters (PEHs) with and without a tip mass were fabricated,and the electrical properties at various load resistances,the transient voltage-time curves and the vibration excitation voltage dependence curve of peak-to-peak voltage in RL =1.0 MΩ were measured and compared systematically.The performances of PEHs are improved by adding the tip mass such as low resonant frequency and high output electrical properties,and the peak-to-peak voltage of the PEHs increase with the increasing of vibration excitation voltage.The results indicate that laminated cantilever structure d15 mode PZT-51 PEH with tip mass has potential applications for capturing the low frequency vibrational energy from environment.
