为了研究再生轻骨料水泥砂浆的抗压强度,以干表观密度和再生轻骨料取代率作为设计参数,对采用5种不同再生轻骨料取代率(100%、75%、50%、25%、0)的标准立方体水泥砂浆试块进行受压试验。观察了破坏过程和破坏形态,实测了立方体试块的极限抗压强度,得到了立方体抗压强度-干表观密度关系曲线和立方体抗压强度-再生轻骨料取代率关系曲线,分析了设计参数对立方体试块抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:当再生轻骨料水泥沙浆的再生轻骨料取代率为0时,其抗压强度最高;再生轻骨料取代率为75%时,其抗压强度处于理想状态;再生砂浆试块的破坏形态类似于普通水泥砂浆,均发生在轻骨料和水泥胶凝材料的界面处。
In order to study compressive strength of recycled lightweight aggregate cement mortar,with the design parameters of dry apparent density and recycled lightweight aggregate replacement rate,the standard cube cement mortar of replacement rate ( 100%.75%, 50% .25% ,0) of five different recycled lightweight aggregate was used into experimental study of compressive strength.The failure process and failure mode of test blocks were observed,the ultimate compressive strength of cubes was recorded,the relation curves of compressive strength-dry apparent density and the relation curves of compressive strength-recycled lightweight aggregate replacement rate were obtained,the impact law the design parameters made on cube compressive strength were analyzed.The results show when replacement rate of the recycled lightweight aggregate cement mortar is 0, cube compressive strength is the highest.When replacement rate of recycled lightweight aggregate is 75% ,cube compressive strength is in the ideal state.Failure mode between recycled lightwcight aggregate cement mortar and ordinary cement mortar is similar, it occurs at the interface between lightweight aggregate concrete and cement gelled materials.
