1994年以来,人民币兑美元一直处于升值的趋势。随着中国经济的进一步发展,人民币兑美元升值的趋势更加明显。这对中国制造业出口带来不小压力,也给制造业升级带来挑战。本文选取1990年到2013年的年度数据,验证人民币升值对制造业产业结构升级,发现初期的人民币升值对制造业升级存在一定的正效应,之后具有负效应;随着制造业升级,人民币逐渐升值是自然趋势。最后提出人民币升值趋势下制造业升级的对策与建议。

Since 1994, the yuan has been in the appreciation trend against the dollar. With the further development of China＇ s economy, the trend of RMB appreciation against the US dollar is more obvious. This is not a small pressure on China＇ s manufacturing exports, but also to challenge the upgrading of manufacturing. This paper selected the annual data from 1990 to 2013 to verify the appreciation of the renminbi on the manufacturing industry to upgrade the structure found： the initial appreciation of the renminbi on the manufacturing upgrade there is a positive effect, and then have a negative effect; with the gradual upgrading of the manufacturing sector is natural trend. The article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the upgrading of manufacturing industry under the trend of RMB appreciation.
