＂Financial engineering＂ is one of the main courses for financial mathematics majors. First of all,the characteristics of＂financial engineering＂ course are analyzed,as well as the existing problems in teaching this course. Secondly,according to the requirement of financial industry for the quality and ability of the talents,some appropriate suggestions for teaching reform of ＂financial engineering ＂ course are put forward,mainly including understanding students,improving teaching mode,paying attention to experiment teaching,linking theory with practice,and so on.
