研究了不同浓度的Cd(Ⅱ)(0、0.01、0.10、1.00 mmol/L)对盐藻Dunaliella salina生长、抗氧化系统及线粒体膜电位的影响。结果表明:在0.01 mmol/L和0.10 mmol/L的Cd(Ⅱ)胁迫下,盐藻的生长几乎不受影响,而1.00 mmol/L的Cd(Ⅱ)对盐藻生长有显著的抑制作用(P〈0.05);盐藻中丙二醛(MDA)的含量随着Cd(Ⅱ)处理浓度的变化先升高后降低;在1.00 mmol/L的Cd(Ⅱ)胁迫和诱导下,盐藻超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性最大;总抗氧化力(T-AOC)仅在0.10 mmol/L的Cd(Ⅱ)胁迫下明显升高;各试验组盐藻线粒体膜电位受Cd(Ⅱ)胁迫的影响不明显。
Effects of cadmium(0,0.01,0.10,and 1.00 mmol/L) on the growth,antioxidant system and the mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm) were studied in alga Dunaliella salina.There was no significant effect of cadmium on the growth of the alga at a concentration of 0.01 and 0.10 mmol/L Cd(Ⅱ),whereas the growth of the alga was significantly inhibited at Cd(Ⅱ) concentration of 1.00 mmol/L(Ⅱ).The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the cells was first found to be increased and then declined with increase in Cd(Ⅱ) level.The maximum activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was observed at Cd(Ⅱ) concentration of 1.00 mmol/L,and the alga had significantly higher total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) only at Cd(Ⅱ) level of 0.10 mmol/L.However,there was no significant effect of Cd(Ⅱ) stress on the mitochondrial membrane potential(ΔΨm).
