Through theoretical and empirical analysis,the construction of the enterprise＇s independent innovation capacity is identified,which includes technology capacity and network capacity,the coupling relationships and spiral promoting process of technology capacity and network capacity are analyzed,then the double helix coupling structure model for the enterprise＇s independent innovation capacity is constructed,which will be used as the guidance for the enterprise＇s independent innovation activities.
