[目的]不同手术方式治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后隐性失血量的比较。[方法]前瞻性对照实验。选取2012年9月-2013年1月病例共计64例，其中PLIF治疗组32例，男18例，女14例；年龄最小32岁，最大61岁，平均47岁。Dynesyssystem治疗组32例，男17例，女15例；年龄最小34岁，最大62岁，平均49岁。以上患者术中、术后均未输血。根据患者术前、术后红细胞比积（Hct）变化计算患者总出血量，从而得出隐性失血量。[结果]通过PLIF手术方式治疗的患者，平均总失血量为（701．12±259．651）m1，平均隐性失血量为（346．89±166．266）ml。而通过Dynesyssystem手术方式治疗的患者，平均总失血量为（669．51±264．375）m1，平均隐性失血量为（250．47±166．819）ml。PLIF治疗组平均隐性失血量高于Dynesyssystem治疗组。[结论]Dynesyssystem治疗组在隐性失血量方面少于PLIF治疗组。

[ Objective] To compare hidden blood loss following treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by Dynamic Neutralization System （DYNESYS） and Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion （PLIF） . [ Methods] A total of 64 cases were prospectively selected from September 2012 to January 2013. Thirty -two patients were arranged to PLIF treatment group, including 18 male and 14 female, with a mean age of 47 years old （range from 32 to 61 years） . The other 32 were treated by DYNESYS, including 17 males and 15 females, with a mean age of 49 years old （range from 34 to 62 years） . No patient re- ceived blood transfusion during or after surgery. Using the preoperative and postoperative hematocrit values, we calculated the to- tal bleeding volume and hidden hemorrhage in each patient by the Gross formula. [ Results ] In the patients treated by PLIF, the mean total blood loss was （701.12±259. 651） ml and the mean hidden blood loss was （346. 89±166. 266） ml. In the patients treated with DYNESYS, the mean total blood loss was （669.51±264. 375 ） ml, and the mean hidden blood loss was （250.47±166. 819） ml. The mean hidden blood loss of the PLIF treatment group was higher than that of DYNESYS group. [ Conclusion] Hidden blood loss following treatment of intervertebral disc protrusion by DYNESYS is less than that of PLIF treatment.
