The artiele analyzes the status quo of development and problems of real estate enterprises under the language environmental of＂Real Estate Bubble＂, brings forward development strategy of real rotate enterprises including establishing development strategy based on the idea of ＂real estate enterprises would rather believe the exist of real rotate bubble than inexistence, actively standardizing idea of ＂honest service＂, strengthening ability of crisis management of real estate enterprises, searching insuscepti ble ＂Niche Market＂ to develop and real estate enterprises choosing recompose policy and regressing logos in the stinging market competition.
