空化是一种特殊的水动力现象,为研究不同的空化方法产生的空化噪声谱,文章理论上进行多孔板振动的计算,并用ANSYS模拟多孔板的振动,研究其振动频率与测得的空化噪声谱之间的联系,初步对小处理量的压电超声换能器产生的超声空化谱及大处理量的多孔板、簧片哨和漩涡哨三种水力空化谱进行比较分析,结果表明,在特定的条件下,测得的多孔板空化噪声谱与压电超声换能器及簧片哨产生的空化噪声谱类似,呈现明显线状谱特征,其他条件下多孔板空化噪声谱与漩涡哨空化噪声谱类似没有明显线状谱特征.
The cavitation is one kind of special hydrodynamic force phenomenon.To study noise spectrum of different cavitation method,the theory computation was performed and the simulation of vibration by ANSYS of the perforation plate was also performed to learn the relationship of frequency of vibration and the noise spectrum of cavitation.The cavitation spectrum produced by three hydrodynamic cavitation ways and one ultrasonic cavitation way which were the perforation plate,the piezoelectricity ultrasonic transducer,the resonant wedge whistle and the eddy current whistles was comparatively analyzed initially.The result was that under the special condition,the spectrum of the noise obtained shows the evident line spectrum characteristic and has ingredient of ultrasonic like spectrum produced by the piezoelectricity ultrasonic transducer and the resonant wedge whistle.In other situation,the noise spectrum produced by perforation plate has no line spectrum distribution like that produced by the eddy current whistles.
