针对粒子图像测速技术(PIV)在黏性土变形测量中应用效果欠佳的现状,将经过筛分的炭末颗粒混入到黏性土试样中改变土样纹理,达到图像人工制斑的目的,从而增强PIV技术对黏性土变形测量的适用性.本文设计了炭末混入比例、图像分辨率、土体位移场和图像分析块尺寸等不同因素的对比试验.试验结果表明:炭末混入黏性土有助于提高PIV技术测量黏性土变形的适用性.在相同土体位移场下,不合理土体位移向量出现的比例随炭末混入比例的提高而减少;图像分辨率越高,达到良好制斑效果所需的炭末混入比例越少;图像分析块大小应视土体位移量的大小进行调整,以获得最佳的土体位移场.
To improve the effects of (PIV) technology on the measurement of cohesive soil deformation,soil texture was changed by mixing cohesive soil with sieved carbon granule to make artificial spots,so that PIV technology could be well utilized in the deformation measurement of cohesive soil.Comparative tests with different control factors,such as the mixed proportion of carbon granule,the resolution ratio of test image,the amount of loading deformation,and the sizes of image analysis block and so on,were designed.Experimental results showed that the mixing cohesive soil with the carbon granule was conductive to improve the applicability of PIV technology for measuring the deformation of cohesive soil; and under the same soil deformation mode,the proportion of unreasonable displacement vectors reduced with the increased proportion of mixed carbon granule.It also indicated that the higher resolution ratio the image had,the less proportion of carbon granule was needed to achieve good effect of making artificial spots.Therefore,the size of image analysis block should be properly adjusted according to the amount of the soil deformation to acheive best soil displacement field.
