采用激光击穿光谱(LIBS)技术对土壤中的Cd元素进行了定性和定量的研究,对相关的实验参数进行了系统研究,得出聚焦透镜焦点在样品表面内2mm,累计次数为20次时,可以得到很好的实验效果与谱线强度。对样品表面通入保护气体氩气,发现在通氩气的情况下,光谱强度明显强于未通氩气时,相对标准偏差减小,稳定性得到提高。通过调整好的实验参数进行实验得到了Cd的定标曲线,其线性拟合度R=0.99155,检测限为59μg幢。这些实验结果为土壤中重金属元素实时在线检测设备的研发提供了依据。
The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the Cd element in soil using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) was reported. The results indicated the experiment results and spectral intensity would be the best when the focusing lens focus on the sample surface within 2 mm and the accumulate number was 20 times. The spectral intensity and stability was improved by feeding argon gas on the sample surface. The calibration curve of the Cd in soil was acquired by the system. The linear correlation coefficient was 0.991 55 and the detection limit of Cd was 59 μg/g. The results will provide the basis for on-line, rapid detection of heavy metals in soil.
