英文摘要：
Towards to the chain network with stages＇ final output,this paper proposes one conception that the stages＇ final output is a desirable output or an undesirable output and establishes the relative models. This paper presents the relationship between network DEA efficient and stage DEA efficient, and offers the necessary and sufficient condition for the judgement. We can know which stage is not efficient when network decision making units is not network DEA efficient.
