Based on the fact that Chinese private enterprises transnational merger and acquisition, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese private enterprises transnational mergers and acquisitions, reflect the private enterprises cross-border mergers and acquisitions lies in the early stage and only to access to technology and brand based, and still has not achieved to across the global business strategy. Under the background of the industry transfer to low labor cost countries and developed country and the global value chain of manufacturing is reconstructing , the private enterprises should actively use global value chain reconstruction of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, enhance the status of global value chains, clear the strategic target of the global value chain in transnational merger and acquisition, through cross-border mergers and acquisitions to promote enterprise established global development strategy and improve the governance structure etc.
