A co-evolution management framework for eco-enterprises is proposed in this paper to address the requirements of developing an enterprise into an eco-friendly one.This framework takes collective intelligence as its driver,takes improving eco-efficiency as its core objective,and consists of eco-strategy,eco-operation and eco-culture.The elements of managing co-evolution within an eco-enterprise comprise ecological outlook,resources capacity and operation capabilities of it driven by collective intelligence.It concerns external environment,partners,stake-holders and competitors to manage co-evolution between the eco-enterprise and its external complex based on collective intelligence.
