目的初步对四川省蔬菜中农药残留开展暴露风险评估和预警风险评估,为指导消费者蔬菜安全膳食、向管理者提出风险管理建议提供理论依据。方法分析2009—2010年四川省蔬菜中农药残留现状,通过食品安全指数模型和风险系数模型,对超标受检农药分别开展暴露风险评估和预警风险评估。结果在278项暴露风险评估结果中,有134项食品安全指数(IFS)大于1(48.20%),马拉硫磷残留对人体是安全的,危害农药清单随季节存在差异;在297项预警风险评估结果中,有121项处于中度及以上风险(40.74%),风险清单也随季节存在差异。结论四川省蔬菜中农药暴露风险较高,应加强四川省蔬菜中农药质量安全监管力度。
Methods Index of food safety model and the risk index model were both applied to estimate over -standard pesticide samples on the monitoring data of 2009 -2010. Results Among total 278 food safety indexes, 134 items were higher than 1, accounted for 48.20% ; malathion residue was within safe limit to human body and the list of risk pesticides varied over the 3rd and 4th season; of the total 297 risk indexes, 121 items were above midrange risk level, accounted for 40. 71% with the risk list varying over the 3rd and 4th season. Conclusion Safety supervision should be strengthened due to relatively high exposure risk.
