服务型制造环境下再制造批量计划问题包含产品回收过程和新产品满足过程2个非独立的生产活动。研究了存在产品回收再制造和新产品制造的动态批量生产计划问题。通过将2个活动在批量生产环境下进行整合分析,得出了批量生产环境下最优解属性;采用了一组依赖问题特征的遗传编码,将问题的特殊性在编码阶段得以体现。最后,通过算例证明了模型及算法的有效性。
Economic lot-sizing problem with remanufacturing option (ELSR) includes two interdependent processes, namely, recycling of used products and new production for demand under service oriented manufacturing. This paper focuses on the ELSR with remanufacturing of returned products and manufacturing of new products. The properties of optimal solution are derived from dynamic lot-sizing problem by integrating two dependent activities. Genetic algorithm codes are developed based on the characteristics of the problem. Numerical example shows the effectiveness of the model and the proposed algorithm.
