英文摘要：

In this paper, principle ＂4Rli＂ of circular economy development is modified based on the recent implement of circular economy in coal mining area. With the perspective of social network analysis, in order to deal with the enterprises＂ interconnection in coal mining area, a new network topology approach is put forward. By the case study of Gujiao mining area, nodes and relational data are collected, and two social network topology model of circular economy in coal mining area are built up, one based on the relation of products, the other is based on byproducts and wastes relations. Also, the development of circular economy implement is assessed and cor- responding advices about development are mentioned.
