以某矿用局部通风机为基础,针对特定叶型,研究了不同叶片数对其出口全压的影响.FLUENT数值模拟计算结果表明,局部通风机出口全压随叶片数增加先增大后减小,呈驼峰形,由此可以确定一个最佳叶片数.同时,经过试验验证,表明通过Turbo工具寻找局部通风机最佳叶片数的方法准确可靠.
Based on a mine-used local fan and a specific-profiled blade, the paper studied the influence of the number of the blades on total pressure at its outlet. FLUENT numerical simulation results showed the total pressure at the outlet of the local fan first enhanced and then reduced with the increase in the number of the blades, which appeared normal distribution, thus the optimal number of the blade was determined. Meanwhile, test results showed the method of determining the optimal number of the blades of the local fan by using Turbo tool was accurate and reliable.
