以六甲基二硅胺烷及六甲基环三硅氧烷(聩)为原料,通过于法对二氧化硅进行了表面处理,并研究了二氧化硅预处理温度对改性二氧化硅填充聚硅氧烷体系凝胶时间及力学性能的影响。利用红外光谱(FTIR)及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了二氧化硅的组成,利用二氧化硅在溶剂中的分散情况研究了处理效果。结果表明:二氧化硅表面接枝上Me3Si-及-Me2Si-,在有机溶剂中的溶解性变好;随着二氧化硅预处理温度的提高,二氧化硅填充聚硅氧烷体系凝胶时间缩短,力学性能呈下降趋势。随二氧化硅含量的增加,力学性能呈明显上升趋势。
Silica was modified with hexamethyldisilazane and hexamethyltrisiloxane (D3) via dry method. The influence of pre-treatment temperature on gel time and mechanical properties of modified silica filled polydimethylsiloxane system was studied. Modified silica was examined by Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and dispersion in solvent. The mechanical properties of modified silica filled polydimethylsiloxane system were also investigated. The results reveal that Me3Si-- and --Me2Si-- moieties were grafted on the surface of silica. When pre-treatment temperature was increased, the gel time of silica filled polydimethylsiloxane system increased and mechanical properties decreased. With silica content increasing, the tensile strength and stress at 100 % elongation increased.
