以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用溶胶凝胶法,合成了Ba K/γ-Al2O3型固体碱催化剂,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、Brunauer-EmmerttTeller(BET)比表面测试以及碱强度与碱量测定等方法对催化剂的结构与性能进行表征;将其应用于聚甘油的合成中,并对催化效果进行了评价。结果表明,该催化剂具有较好的孔道结构,碱性在11.1~15.0之间,属于固体强碱类。该催化剂对甘油法聚合反应制备聚甘油表现出良好的催化性能,反应较温和,产物色泽浅,聚合度适中,具有较高研究意义与应用潜力。
In this paper, BaK/γ-Al2O3 solid base catalyst was synthesized by using γ-Al2O3 as carrier through solgel process. Its structure and properties were characterized by SEM, Brunauer - Emmertt - Teller(BET) specific surface area and the determination of base strength and alkali content; its catalytic effect was also evaluated according to the synthesis of polyglycerol. The results showed that this catalyst belongs to solid strong base which has a preferable pore structure and alkalinity value between 11.1 and 15.0. The catalyst shows good catalytic performance for the polymerization of glycerol, and can provide many advantages such as mild reaction condition, light color product and moderate polymerization degree, which thus indicates it has high research significance and good application potential.
