针对1Cr13Ni马氏体不锈钢材料在钎焊热循环中由于相变引起的变形问题,研究了钎焊热循环中1Cr13Ni不锈钢的组织及硬度变化情况,从组织变化角度解释出热循环中产生变形的原因。结果表明,在钎焊热循环中,1Cr13Ni不锈钢在400~800℃没有发生相变和组织转变,平均硬度值趋于稳定;当钎焊温度高于800℃时,α相转变为γ相,淬火后γ相转变为板条状马氏体,硬度提高;回火后组织发生了回火软化,硬度有所下降。
In view of the deformation problem caused by the transformation of 1Cr13Ni martensitic stainless steel in the brazing thermal cycle, the microstructure and hardness changes of 1Cr13Ni stainless steel in the brazing thermal cycle were stuedied. The results show that in the brazing thermal cycle, the 1Cr13Ni stainless steel has no phase and microstructure transformation at 400- 800℃,and the average hardness value tends to be stable. When the brazing temperature is higher than 800℃, α phase transforms to T phase, T phase transfroms to lath martensite after quenching, and the hardness increases. After tempering, the microstructure is tempered and softened, and the hardness decreases.
