在水热反应条件下合成了一个新型Co(Ⅱ)配合物[Co2(cpa)2(phen)2(H2O)2](1)(cpa=3-(4-羧基苯基)丙酸、phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉).采用CHN元素分析、红外光谱、差热-热重及单晶X-射线衍射等方法对配合物的晶体结构进行了表征.配合物属于单斜晶系,空间群为P2(1)/c;晶体学参数:a=1.261 92(14)nm,b=1.599 16(17)nm,c=1.041 30(11)nm,β=111.935(2)°.配合物1为环状双核结构,其基本结构单元由1个Co原子、1个3-(4-羧基苯基)丙酸、1个1,10-邻菲罗啉和1个配位水分子组成,形成畸变的八面体配位构型.相邻的配合物分子间通过氢键的识别作用形成1维超分子链.π...π堆积作用将邻近的超分子链进一步扩展为2维超分子网.
A novel Cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [Co2(cpa)2(phen)2(H2O)2](cpa= 3-(4-carboxyphenyl) propionic acid、 phen=1,10-phenanthrolin) was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction.Crystal structural analysis reveals that it crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P2(1)/c,a = 1.261 92(14) nm,b= 1.599 16(17) nm,c=1.041 30(11) nm,β=111.935(2)°.The crystal structure of complex consists of two Cobalt(II) atoms,two cpa ligands,two 1,10-phenanthrolin ligands and two coordinated water molecular.It is cyclic binuclear structure.The neighboring binuclear molecular are linked into 1D supramolecular chain through hydrogen bonding interactions.The adjacent supramolecular chains are further interconnected by π…π interactions to result a 2D supramolecular network.
