将9只体况良好,体重相近(41.3±1.2kg)的成都麻羊半同胞羯羊,随机分成3组,饲以稻草基础日粮,分别补饲25%(MSL25)、50%(MSLS0)与75%(MSL75)的苜蓿(MSL),采用单因子试验设计,研究稻草补饲苜蓿对山羊能量消化代谢的影响。结果为:总能(GE)的消化率与代谢率自高到低的排序均为MSL75〉MSLS0〉MSL25,其相应值分别为58.92%、54.48%与51.12%,48.42%、44.87%与41.85%,除MSL75与MSL25外(P〈0.05),其余组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。DE转化为ME的效率自高到低的排序为MSI.50(82.36%)〉MSL75(82.18%)〉MsL25(81.85%),组间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。本试验的结论为:山羊稻草基础日粮补饲50%MSL的能量利用效率最佳,表现出明显的组合效应。
Nine healthy Chengdu Ma wether Goats with the same father were divided into three groups of three each of comparable age and weight (41.3 ± 1.2 kg) randomly and fed the goat with the rice straw (RS) basic diets supplemented with 25% ( MSL25), 50% (MSL50) and 75% (MSL75) alfalfa hay (Medieago sativa Linn, MSL) respectively for determining the digestion and metabolism of energy in trial goats. The results were as follows : a. the GE digestibility for the 3 mixed forages ranked from greatest to least in the fol- lowing: MSL75 (58.92%) 〉 MSL50 (54.48%) 〉 MSL25 (51.12%), and the GE metabolism ranked in the same order as that of GE digestibility: MSL75 (48.42%) 〉 MSL50 (44.87 % ) 〉 MSL25 (41.85 % ), there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05) be- tween MSL50 and MSL75, MSL25 except for MSL25 and MSL75 (P 〈 0. 05) for both CE digestibility and its metabolism, b. the con- version efficiency of DE to ME for the 3 mixed forages ranked from greatest to least in the following: MSL50 (82.36%) 〉 MSL75 ( 82.18 % ) 〉 MSL25 ( 81.86% ) ( P 〉 0.05). It was concluded that the associative effects on energy efficiency of goat fed RS supple- mented with the 50% of MSL were apparent.
