研究尾矿库周边潜层地下水在下游位置的横向和纵向上的污染程度,及其胁迫对玉米(Zea mays L.)幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化及抗氧化酶系统的影响。采用内梅罗指数法对尾矿库周边潜层地下水水质进行了综合分析,于玉米幼苗三叶期时对叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行测定。结果显示,内梅罗指数在纵向上由西南向东南方向呈上升趋势,横向上随距离尾矿库距离的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势,水质变差。尾矿库周边地下水污染对玉米幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化及抗氧化酶系统具有明显的生物学效应,使玉米叶片抗氧化系统受到不同程度的伤害。结果表明尾矿库周边潜层地下水受到不同程度的污染,已经丧失农业灌溉的功能。
The pollution degree in the lateral and longitudinal of aquifer groundwater around the tailings and its effects on maize(Zea mays L.) seedlings’ membrane lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system were studied. The Nemero index method was used to make a comprehensive analysis on the aquifer groundwater around the tailings,and the contents of MDA and activity of SOD and POD of maize seedling leaves were determined.The results showed that the water quality trend ed to go up in the longitudinal,however,in the lateral,it trended to rise at first and then decline, and the antioxidant enzyme system of maize seedling was damaged to different levels. It indicated that the aquifer groundwater around the tailings had been polluted to different degrees,and lost its function for drinking and irrigation.
