通过在阿利特-硫铝酸盐水泥中添加粉煤灰,利用XRD、水化热和SEM来研究粉煤灰对该体系水化过程的影响.结果表明:粉煤灰对该体系有一定缓凝作用;并且随着掺量增加,作用越明显.粉煤灰主要影响水泥早期强度,对后期影响不大;当掺量≥30%时,对后期也有影响.火山灰反应在3d时不太明显,一般在28 d时较容易观察到.
The influence of fly ash on the alite-sulfoaluminate cement was focus on.X-Ray diffraction (XRD),heat of hydration analysis and SEM were used to study the change of AC$A' s hydration.It shows that fly ash has strong significant effect on the AC$A system.The effect of retarder is stronger when the FA content is increase.The influence of FA on the AC$A cement is focus on the early strength,the 28 d' s strength is still well,when the content is more than 30%,it will influence 28 d' s strength.The pozzolanic reaction can' t be investigated at 3 d,but can be investigated at 28 d.
