矿产资源数据有着信息量巨大、种类繁多以及包含空间信息的特点,传统的信息管理系统己不能满足矿产资源信息化管理的要求,伴随着GIS技术的发展,在各行各业的应用也越来越广泛和深入,应用GIS组件技术设计矿产资源管理信息系统,将矿产资源信息的空间数据与属性数据相结合,对于矿产资源的科学管理与合理利用,帮助资源管理提供决策是十分必要的。在分析管理业务流程的基础上,设计了具有数据采集、数据建库和数据管理功能的矿产资源管理系统,大大提高了矿产资源管理的效率,对提高矿产资源的信息化管理起到了积极的推动作用,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
Due to the characteristics of mineral resource data with massive information (including space information), and numerous varieties, the traditional computerized management system cannot satisfy it. All sorts of fields are applying the GIS deeply and widely as it is growing rapidly. The plug-in of GIS named Mineral Management System can combine the space data with property data of resources management. This is important that not only the resources will be managed scientifically and utilized appropriately, but also it will provide the policy to make decision about resources management. Based on the analysis of work flow, applying the C# programming language, a system is designed with data collecting, building and managing for mineral resource management, which can improve the efficiency. It can promote to d~ta management of mineral resource to reach at a higher level and has got positive applications in practice.
