英文摘要：

Due to the characteristics of mineral resource data with massive information （including space information）, and numerous varieties, the traditional computerized management system cannot satisfy it. All sorts of fields are applying the GIS deeply and widely as it is growing rapidly. The plug-in of GIS named Mineral Management System can combine the space data with property data of resources management. This is important that not only the resources will be managed scientifically and utilized appropriately, but also it will provide the policy to make decision about resources management. Based on the analysis of work flow, applying the C# programming language, a system is designed with data collecting, building and managing for mineral resource management, which can improve the efficiency. It can promote to d~ta management of mineral resource to reach at a higher level and has got positive applications in practice.
