宁夏回族自治区作为一个典型的旅游区位非优区，其旅游错位分析可分为两个层次。这对突破旅游区位非优区，实现超常规发展具有重要意义。以宁夏回族自治区为实证对象，通过不同时期、不同地点、不同人群、不同角度的大量的统计数据和文献资料，对旅游区位非优区的错位进行分析。它的两个层次错位表现为：第一层次错位是旅游空间狭小与旅游文化特质繁杂之间的空间错位；第二层次错位是旅游资源富集与旅游产品、产业单一之间的途径错位。最后讨论了三个问题。（1）两个层次错位的关系：第一层次错位是基础前提和外在表现，在空间错位的基础之上产生了第二层次错位。第二次错位又会反作用于第一层错位，加剧第一层错位对于宁夏旅游非优区的不利影响。（2）讨论了宁夏影视景区的舞台真实问题。（5）影视景区再造与寻求舞台真实之间的和谐共进关系。

英文摘要：

purpose The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as a typical tourist area of non-optimal areas, its tourism displacement analysis can be divided into two levels. The breakthrough in the area of non-optimal areas, is of great significance to the realization of the super-conventional development. Method Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is to be seen as our instance. A lot of statistical data and documentation which come out from different periods, locations, people and different points of views will be used to analyze the non-optimal tourism district, result Two levels of dislocation ： First dislocation,the spatial displacement between the tourism spatial narrow and tourism cultural characteristics of complex; Dislocation for the second time, the way dislocation between enrichment of tourist resources and single tourist products, industry. And study on its relationships and related development issues.
