以0.1 mol的碳酸钠水溶液为电解液,以牺牲阳极铝为代价,采用电化学的方法无需经过溶胶-凝胶过程就成功制备出粒径小且分布窄的纳米氧化铝.并用XRD、TEM和IR对粉体的结构和形貌进行了表征.结果表明,经750℃和950℃分别处理1 h后得到了球形的γ-Al2O3和δ-Al2O3.为纳米材料的研究提供了既无毒无害,又操作简单的制备方法.
Nano-Al2O3 powders were prepared by electrochemical method using high pure Al as sacrificing anode, aqueous sodium carbonate solution( 0.1 mol ) as electrolyte. XRD, TEM and IR were used to characterize the powders. The results show that γ-Al2O3 and δ-Al2O3 with a uniform size are obtained after firing respectively at 750℃ and 950℃ for 1 h. This proposes an innocuous and simple preparation method for the study of nano-material.
