在分析目前常用的燃烧室计算流体动力学(CFD)几何建模方法的基础上,以美国麻省理工学院(MIT)研制的微型涡轮发动机的六晶片燃烧室为研究对象,利用虚拟装配技术原理,基于三维建模软件SolidWorks平台,构建了该发动机的微燃烧室结构。结果表明,利用机械虚拟装配技术构造该发动机微燃烧室结构的方法可行,优于目前该领域使用的几何建模方法,可降低Power MEMS产品的成本,推动Power MEMS的产业化。
By taking a micro-gas turbine engine developed by MIT as a prototype , the theory and process of virtual assembly technology were depicted, and its three-dimensional micro-combustor was constructed successfully in SolidWorks after analyzing the traditional approaches to geometric modeling in Computing Fluid Dynamics(CFD). The results show that the created method for micro-combustor based on the virtual assembly technology is prior to the traditional modeling approaches,which can decrease the cost of products in Power MEMS and can promote their industrialization.
